We R Multi Cinch Cartridge

I have 3 of the punches for this machine. The machine is off on the centering for the punches. For one of the punches. I have to go to the next letter and add a popsicle stick to get the first punch in the proper place. I wish they would have had some customer product testing before they finalized this machine sloppy work. It should work correctly out of the box. I shouldn’t have to make my own “jigs” for the first punch. Example: I’m pinching on the 8.5 inch side of paper. I look at the punch and find the corresponding letter for 1/2. I put the guide in that letter slot and make my first punch I then remove the guide and continue punching the rest of that side. The gap at at the beginning and the end are not the same. It is noticeably off center. I corrected this witha popcockle stick hot glued to the guide. Only downfall is the guide can’t be stored in its slot but I’d rather have the machine “calibrated” than punching off center.
