Disc punch defective

Received a defective disc punch. Customer service says there’s no way to send me any parts (it’s missing the button to help w alignment) and won’t replace the cartridge since it’s over a year old. I’m not able to purchase this particular punch on my own since it’s the one included with machine. Very disappointing.

Fun idea but hard to get clean cuts

I ordered one from a different site before this one. The first one was a bit warped so the alignment was off. This one is not faulty and works much better. However, the cuts are still not clean. Even on thin paper and paper. Fun idea but a bit overpriced for jagged cuts.

For the most part works quite well

This works quite well, except the round hole cassette does not cut through not even one piece of paper. Otherwise, I am quite satisfied with mypurchase.
