The We R Makers angled rotary cutter can be positioned at any angle to cut paper and more. Push in the dial in the back to position the blade and release to lock it in place. The dial in the front turns to the right to reveal the blade. It turns back to the left to cover the blade for safe handling and storage. The knife measures 1.25 x 7.5 inches.
