Shipping Policy

Our shipping times vary, depending on the contents of your order. However, we strive to get your items to you in a prompt manner. Most items ship within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) of your order receipt.

Please reach out to our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to follow our return policy.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Domestic shipping are flat rates based on order total. We are excited to offer Economy Shipping (5-8 Days) for Lower 48 United States and Expedited Shipping (2-3 Days) for Lower 48 United States. Some items are not possible to ship expedited. For Alaska, Hawaii and US territories we charge based on shipping costs. Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.

Returns

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the products we offer; however, we understand there may be an occasional need to return an item. We try to make this process simple, requiring just a few steps. Simply follow the detailed instructions below and we will be happy to assist you.

Items Purchased on AmericanCrafts.com

Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

ConditionMust be in original, unused condition in original packaging intact with exceptions for defective products.

Process: Email customer support at info@americancrafts.com with the following information to receive a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for sending back the product.

·        Order Number

·        Billing Zip Code

·        Email Address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not include shipping fees.

Upon receipt, the item will be inspected, and you will be notified if the return is approved.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return it using our returns process and then place a new order.
