Align paper to the nearest 0.25 inch. Punch, then slide paper to the left. Put alignment peg into the last hole that was punched. (Peg should be against the far left side of the punch.) Punch. Repeat as needed.

Place double-O binding wire on hooks.

Press and turn knob to the desired binding size. Insert bound book, then press handle to cinch. If binding is longer than the cinching span, move binding over and repeat.
