Nice machine - but

I purchased this approx a year ago. It is a nice machine, but I am not able to get the cinch binding wires to close tightly enough. I decided to use the spiral wires. I like them, but the company doesn't offer a wide enough selection of these. I had thought they were 3:1 punch, so ordered another brand. Now I find that they are 2:1 punch and they are not available anywhere that I can find. Not happy that a company would make a machine exclusive to themselves, then not offer enough supplies to go with it. For this reason, I am sorry I bought it. I can use it to a point, but I feel like the money I spent is wasted because I can't use it to the full extent I would like to.

Lots of Fun!

First time user and totally surprised myself when I made a fur baby love book for our granddaughter to display pictures of a beloved dog that has passed and two of her current fur baby dogs! Still in the decorating phase getting photos, etc. So far I am enjoying it! P.S. since I am a newbie to this type of craft…I wasn’t aware of a newer version being released that is universal…wished I had seen that first then it would help with the making of the current one like the guide when pressing the wire in the back. This feature is offered now when cinching the wire at the back on the new one! Are the new pieces going to be available to purchase separately? Especially the one that is a guide for the amount of paper for the different wire measurements and sizes?

Good so far

Although this item is a cool and useful tool that has worked well so far, I still think it is overpriced. A lot of it is plastic. I do hope it holds up for a long while for the price. Glad this website gives a discount. Small, but needed nonetheless. Shipping estimate was off but still didn't take too long to arrive (about a week and a half from I think CA to NY).

Good product but kind of misleading instructions

The overrall book binder was good, but the instructions made it sound like it came with the binding wire and covers on the box … which it did not. All involved were under the impression it came with those products , which it didn’t. Super confusing because the instructions made it sound like you were supposed to have those things on hand. Would have bought those things if I was told they were sold separately. Other than that it worked fine ; a little janky in the hole punching process though ( those little peg things you push in were a struggle to get working ).
