I had a wonderful experience with this company, they were eager to help in any way possible

Ordered two blades and they sent it in a bubble envelope

I ordered two blades when they had their 40% off sale and I finally got the envelope today but it was empty. Who puts two metal blades in a bubble envelope? Un freaking believable I got the envelope but no blades so I don't know if they fell out or if someone stole them but they still delivered me an empty envelope ridiculous I'm so mad right now I spent $70.36 because of shipping on two blades that I didn't get not a happy camper

Played on this thing is horrible after a couple of cuts

So I bought this hoping to cut light chip board and after about two or three cuts of four pieces of chipboard which are very thin it's only like 30 point and after cutting four pieces twice I now no longer can cut chipboard it just eats it up and doesn't cut precisely I need a new blade already and the new blade is $50 after I just paid $160 for the cutter. Very expensive just to cut chipboard a couple of times. Not won't cut my paper either it chews it up. Not very happy very disappointed in this I was really hoping that it would cut hundreds of pieces of chipboard and paper but not the case. If you need a new blade after only a couple of cuts every time what's the point of having this

Wanted to love it ….. but not so much!

This is an amazing cutter. Been it for a couple of day and the turn. Open and close handle keeps falling for. Going to call tomorrow and see if it’s a known issue or how to fix. It cuts like a dream, just have to keep my hand on wheel when turning.
