Use a large 21" piping bag.

Only use milk or dark chocolate ganache for your first few times. You'll need more practice before you move on to buttercream or white chocolate ganache.

Chill overnight for best results.

How long do you chill the cake layers in the form before you add buttercream/ganache?

Chill for about 30 minutes. If you are in a rush, put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

How long do you chill the ganache layer in the form?

Chill your cake in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight or 45 minutes in the freezer.

How to fix the ganache seam that's left from the frost form?

Use your frost finisher to run up your seam and flatten and smooth your top.

Enough to have a complete even layer.

You need enough ganache to just cover the top of the cake when you pour it into the mold.

How do you make a level top with buttercream?

Use your finisher tool to level off the top once you've piped it into the mold.
