I wanted to personally reach out to thank you for the kindness, patience, and encouragement you've shown our teams over the past few weeks.
As many of you know, our U.S. fulfillment operations experienced a significant disruption following an electrical surge at our Grand Rapids campus. Thankfully, no one was injured, and for that we are incredibly grateful.
Since then, our teams have been working alongside restoration and recovery experts to safely assess the facility, protect our inventory, and determine the best path forward. While this work continues, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily pause fulfillment from our U.S. warehouse.
Although this has been an unexpected challenge, our commitment to creativity has never been stronger.
Our mission remains the same—to inspire creativity and provide innovative products that help bring your ideas to life. Behind the scenes, our designers, product developers, educators, and marketing teams are continuing to create new products, develop inspiring projects, produce tutorials, and plan for the future.
While we're unable to ship products from our U.S. warehouse at the moment, we'll continue sharing ideas, project inspiration, educational content, and creative resources to help fuel your next project.
